Our exclusive 35+5 total body workout sessions are crafted to be extremely effective in the shortest amount of time. 35+5 means a 35-minute workout session plus a 5-minute stretching/foam rolling mini-clinic. It’s the absolute sweet spot for you to get an amazing workout each time so you can reach your short-term goals and achieve long term results.

Our motivational coaches deliver a personal training experience in a small group environment as they guide you through our fat-busting, metabolism-boosting themed sessions. A new themed session is offered each day. Each themed session is offered 8-10 times throughout the day, so you don’t have to worry about missing a workout -- if you can’t make it to one session just come to another one.

DYNAMIC WARM-UP

1. Dynamic warm-up and movements to fire up primary mover and stabilizer muscles. We focus on the muscles that are typically underactive for most people -- the glutes, quads, abs and upper back muscles. This both ensures better movement patterns and helps avoid injury. (5 minutes)

FULL BODY HIIT WORK OUTS

2. Full body HIIT workouts with a different time/interval format every day. This includes a unique combination of full body resistance training and cardio. The key component here is utilizing compound movements that target more than one body part in each exercise. Compound movements are by far the most effective way for everyone to get results quickly. (30 minutes)

MINI-CLINIC STRETCH + ROLL

3. Stretching and foam rolling mini-clinic. Each day’s mini-clinic is specifically designed for the workout you just completed. Flexibility is unique to each individual. Because everyone is different, we demonstrate various stretches and foam rolling techniques that complement the day’s workout and let you focus on what you need most. We encourage you to take your time in our studio post-session to do so. Our coaches are available one on one after the mini-clinic if you need some additional guidance or help with exercise technique. (5 minutes + whatever additional time you choose to dedicate)
