Our 45 minute total body workout sessions are crafted to be extremely effective in the shortest amount of time.
In an average session we do a 5-minute warm-up, 35-minute workout session plus a 5-minute stretching/foam rolling "mini-clinic".
It's an amazing workout to help you reach your short-term goals and achieve long term results.
Our motivational coaches deliver a personal training experience in a small group environment as they guide you through our fat-busting, metabolism-boosting themed sessions.
A new themed session is offered each day. Each themed session is offered multiple times throughout the day, so you don’t have to worry about missing a workout -- if you can’t make it to one session just come to another one.
