45 MINUTE TOTAL BODY WORKOUTS 


Our training sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up (5 minutes)

New themed workouts daily consisting of interval training, functional  compound exercises (using multiple body parts), resistance and metabolic training  (30 minutes).

Then a quick stretching and foam rolling clinic (5 minutes).

When done on a regular basis, interval training has been shown to significantly:

  • improve athletic conditioning
  • accelerate metabolism
  • reduce body fat mass
  • increase cardiovascular fitness
  • enhance cognition
  • boost mood

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AND THE NASM FITNESS MODEL

Functional Training is considered integrated (total body), multi-planar movement that requires efficient acceleration, deceleration and stabilization capabilities. The idea is to train “movements” instead of individual muscle groups to create improved functionality in activities outside a fitness facility and in everyday life.

The National Academy of Sport’s Medicine Functional Training Certification is considered to be the industry gold standard. With its rigorous coursework and requirements, securing the NASM certification demonstrates a deep knowledge of and commitment to effective fitness principles.

100%!! TribeFit OC’s sessions are a wonderful complement to yoga, barre, pilates, dance, cycling, and even gym workouts. We also offer specific programs to improve your performance in surfing, volleyball, hiking, biking – all the things we love to do in the OC. We encourage cross-training!
