This is what we call Transformation - a thorough, dramatic change in our essential being. It’s something that happens on the physical, mental, and spiritual (however you define that) levels at the intersection of ongoing training and support. Transformation gives us the strength and motivation to keep seeking happiness. Through true transformation we learn that no obstacle is too big; we receive the energy to persevere and never give up. What’s the difference between most Trainers and our Coaches?
In general, Trainers train. They direct other people in a physical space to accomplish certain sets of tasks. Coaching often includes training but also includes the idea of instruction and involvement with you in a multi-faceted way. TribeFit OC Coaches look to establish a meaningful, lasting relationship with you to help you reach your goals and support you on your overall journey. Our Coaches are genuinely invested in you!
